alley view broken safe

The room they gave me overlooked some kind of alley. It was not a nice view at all. i booked a 'beautiful' room so i expected something better! also, the safe in the room was broken, and i had to call maintenance to fix it. it took them over an hour to arrive. It was quite inconvenient.

relaxing vibe excellent bistro customer service

the bistro downstairs was really good, i savored the style and service. the complex is beautifully decorated, i found it very relaxing. customer service felt platinum plus, everyone cared about my stay.

the dipping pool was very small. it had no atmosphere and was mostly in the shade. it was only suitable for a few people.

sea view afternoon sun filtered water no parking marina parking mosquito bites

the room had a side sea view. the sun reached the balcony from early afternoon until late evening. unlimited filtered water was available, which i found helpful. the connected restaurant was first class, and i ate there multiple times.

the hotel lacked its own parking, which complicated luggage handling on a busy street. i was directed to use parking at the marina, about an 8-minute walk away, for an additional cost. i experienced several mosquito bites , which i had not anticipated.

The balcony was not as the room description advertised.
